PANORAMA ENJOYMENT TRAIL

Hiking in the mountains is good for the body and soul - and always a special experience.
But the only disconcerting thing about it sometimes is the thought of the effort it takes to reach the summit. That’s just not the case in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Firstly, the villages are already on a plateau at 1,200-1,400 metres (3,900-4,600 feet) above sea level, and secondly there’s the easy Panorama Enjoyment Trail for you.

Your mountain pleasure starts for example with a soaring ride on a cable car up to the Komperdell midway station in Serfaus. The relatively flat route along a wide, well-developed hiking trail heads towards Fiss and takes you to the Möseralm. You can stop and relax on the way at the “relaxation pavilion”, on the many benches along the route or at the feelgood stops.

Wonderful all-round views and the sight of the many, almost 3,000 metres (9,800 feet) high peaks provide a very intensive experience of nature. To get back down again you simply take the cable car service to Fiss – alternatively, you can also descend on foot. What’s more, the Panorama Enjoyment Trail is just as much fun if you do it the other way round. Naturally, about halfway along the trail, you can take the Sunliner back to Serfaus.

Suitable for buggies.
